What data we collect and why
Contact form: name, email and message — used only to respond to your inquiry, based on your consent when submitting the form. Newsletter: email — used only to send technical updates, based on your explicit consent via the signup checkbox.
Where the data lives
AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure, us-east-1 region: email delivery via Amazon SES, newsletter list storage via Amazon DynamoDB. We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact: only as needed to respond, plus a reasonable retention period. Newsletter: as long as you're subscribed — unsubscribes are processed immediately; never-confirmed signups expire automatically after 7 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to thiago.pereira@brazilco.com.br. For the newsletter, unsubscribing is always 1 click — a link in every email sent.
Cookies
The site uses Amazon CloudWatch RUM (performance metrics) with cookies disabled — anonymous sessions, no tracking across visits.
